Warranty Coverage
Elitecontainerau provides a limited warranty on all new and used shipping containers, covering:
- Structural Integrity: Protection against defects in the container’s frame, walls, roof, doors, and flooring that render it unfit for standard use.
- Water Tightness: Assurance that the container will remain wind and water-tight under normal conditions.
- Door Functionality: Full operation of hinges, locking mechanisms, and door seals at the time of delivery.
Warranty Period
- New Containers: Covered for up to 12 months from the date of delivery.
- Used Containers: Covered for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by misuse, improper handling, relocation, or modifications made after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (surface rust, scratches, paint fading).
- Damage due to natural disasters, accidents, or external environmental conditions post-delivery.
Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Provide a clear description of the issue, along with photographs and supporting documentation.
- Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or other corrective action at our discretion.
Resolution Timeline
We aim to assess and resolve all valid warranty claims within 7–10 business days of receiving complete documentation.
