- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer.
- Invoices include 10% GST and a flat-rate shipping fee of $650 unless otherwise agreed.
- Elitecontainerau reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring site accessibility and providing accurate delivery details.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned container in acceptable condition.
- Returns are only accepted if the container is defective or differs from the confirmed order due to our error.
7. Warranty
- New containers are covered for 12 months; used containers for 30 days.
- Warranty covers structural integrity, water tightness, and door functionality.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, or natural wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Elitecontainerau is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
9. Intellectual Property
